If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with merchandise you receive from us, simply return the merchandise in new condition and request exchange or refund – no need to contact us for a return authorization. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns unless the item(s) are damaged or defective upon arrival. Items showing cuts or tooth marks will not be replaced. Due to the nature of the product, no returns or refunds on video, DVD or audio tapes. Defective tapes/DVD will only be replaced with a new tape/DVD of the same title.
Our training classes may be cancelled or refunded any time prior to the first day of class.
Include a note with your name, address, phone number, and reason for return, along with your instructions about your choice of exchange or refund.
